AGRA FISFAP - Financial Inclusion for Smallholder Farmers in Africa Project

The Financial Inclusion for Smallholder Farmers in Africa Project (FISFAP) is a joint collaboration between AgroCenta and Pan African Savings & Loans with backing from the Africa Green Revolution Alliance (AGRA). Under FISFAP, smallholder farmers in the Afram Plains farming communities accessed agricultural loans for input financing. AgroCenta’s core access to finance platform, Lendit, provided the opportunity to build reliable financial data on smallholder farmers for financial institution such as PASL to leverage on, and on-lend directly to farmers through digital channels such as mobile money and their QUICK platform.
